Senior Consultant (Data and AI solutions)

The Role

We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in management consulting, digital transformation, or strategic advisory, especially those passionate about the potential of data and AI to reshape industries.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with executives to identify business challenges, co-create data-driven solutions, and guide engagements from initial exploration to deal closure and beyond. This is a consulting-style role where success is defined not only by commercial outcomes, but also by the depth of insight and value you bring to each client relationship.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic client engagements by uncovering business needs, facilitating discovery sessions, and recommending technology-enabled solutions

  • Develop tailored business cases, transformation roadmaps, and high-level solution concepts in collaboration with technical and delivery teams

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders; act as their go-to advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle

  • Drive presales activities including opportunity qualification, stakeholder mapping, and proposal development

  • Collaborate with internal teams; delivery, technology, marketing, and partnerships to shape and present compelling value propositions

  • Translate client goals into actionable plans for POCs or MVPs, ensuring alignment between business impact and technical feasibility

  • Engage with ecosystem partners (e.g., cloud providers, tech vendors) to support opportunity development

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts; support account growth initiatives

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or digital transformation roles with strong client-facing exposure

  • Proven track record of working with senior executives to solve complex business challenges through data or technology-enabled solutions

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in business case development, presales, and deal shaping

  • A solid understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation trends; no coding required, but tech-savviness is essential

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

  • Collaborative and proactive mindset; thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments

  • Fluent in Thai and proficient in English; strong English fluency is a plus for international engagements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
