About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Marketing Communications to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys keeping things organized, moving projects forward, and supporting a fast-paced team across campaigns, events, partnerships, and communications. You will play an important supporting role across multiple workstreams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that the team operates smoothly day to day.

In this role, you will get to:
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Support the Marketing team in coordinating daily marketing activities including campaigns, events, content, social media, email marketing, website updates, and marketing materials
- Coordinate marketing timelines, tasks, and internal follow-ups to keep workstreams on track
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events — including logistics, timelines, attendee lists, speaker details, and event materials
- Support webinars, trade shows, speaking engagements, partner events, and internal marketing activities as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams when required
- Keep marketing files, working documents, and shared folders organized and up to date
Partnership Coordination Support
- Support partnership-related activities from a coordination and operational perspective
- Schedule partner-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders and prepare meeting agendas
- Take meeting notes, summarize discussions, and clearly document action items and owners
- Follow up on assigned next steps with relevant teams to ensure progress is maintained
- Maintain a tracker for partner-related requests, owners, deadlines, status, blockers, and next actions
- Help ensure partner-related activities move forward with clear visibility and proper documentation
Documentation & Reporting Support
- Prepare meeting recaps, status updates, action item lists, and timeline summaries for internal use
- Maintain contact lists, partner-related documents, and shared working files
- Support basic tracking of marketing activities such as event attendance, campaign status, leads, engagement, and follow-up progress
- Create simple internal reports or summaries as required by the team
You'll be successful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role, fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills, you keep things organized and moving without being asked twice
- Strong communication skills in both English and Thai, written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple trackers, timelines, and meeting notes simultaneously without losing accuracy
- Detail-oriented and organized, you take pride in documentation being clean and up to date
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and adapting to shifting priorities
- Basic understanding of a B2B business environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, ClickUp, Notion, or CRM platforms
- Able to translate meeting discussions into clear, concise action items and summaries
- Genuine interest in AI trends and technology, curious about how AI is shaping industries and eager to learn in a data and AI-driven environment
