Sertis is hiring a Mobile Engineering Lead (iOS, Android or cross-platform) to be embedded at one of our enterprise client sites. You'll be leading the mobile engineering team — setting the technical direction, defining architecture standards, and making sure the team ships quality products without burning out.
This role suits someone who's still hands-on enough to do meaningful code reviews, but experienced enough to guide a team and make the right architectural trade-offs under pressure.

In this role, you will get to:

• Define the mobile architecture vision and ensure the team follows solid engineering principles such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, modularity, and testability
• Mentor and lead iOS and/or Android developers, running design reviews and keeping code quality high
• Own the mobile CI/CD pipeline (Fastlane, Bitrise, or Jenkins) and handle production issues with proper root cause analysis
• Work closely with backend and cross-functional teams to deliver smooth integrations via REST APIs and GraphQL
• Balance doing things right with actually shipping on time

You’ll be successful if you have:

• Solid experience leading mobile engineering teams, with strong hands-on skills in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C, UIKit/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose)
• A good grasp of app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), dependency injection, and writing testable code
• Experience managing mobile CI/CD pipelines and supporting apps in production
• Familiarity with mobile security, data privacy, and authentication (OAuth2, token-based)
• Background in e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms is a plus
• Flutter or React Native experience is nice to have
