Talent Acquisition Intern

This role is for candidates who are available to work as interns during the winter internship (August - December 2025)

Internship duration: At least 2 months

In this role, you will learn to:
  • Lead and handle an end-to-end process of internships recruitment program from collaborating with universities/job fairs, interviewing, partnering with hiring managers, to extending offers. You will gain full-loop recruitment experience.
  • Engage in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for full-time positions
  • Participate in other side projects as per assigned such as recruitment marketing, onboarding process improvement, referral program, interviewing guidelines for hiring managers, company activities, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks
You'll be successful if you have:
  • Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any areas
  • Highly interest in talent acquisition/recruitment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks at hands in a fast-paced environment with learning agility
  • Passion in technology area (AI, data analytics, machine learning, data science) would be a big plus
  • Strong English communication skills; you will closely work with diverse background of hiring managers
