We’re looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer to help us design and build reliable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our business operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern data tools and cloud platforms, and is passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, process, and store data from diverse sources (e.g. APIs, SFTP, databases, SAP, GA)
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness through validation and error handling
- Support and troubleshoot existing data workflows and suggest improvements
- Manage data in cloud-based environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Write clean, efficient SQL queries and optimize them for performance
- Document your work to ensure clarity and maintainability
- 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or related fields
- Solid programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or Scala
- Experience with data lake solutions (e.g. S3, GCS) and warehouse tools (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse)
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or ADF)
- Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hive
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, CDK)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
- Cloud certifications (e.g. GCP Data Engineer, AWS Certified Data Analytics)
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker
- Understanding of PDPA or other data regulations
- Experience working in Agile teams
