In this role, you will get to:
- Get hands-on experience with setting up and troubleshooting computers, networks, printers, and other IT devices
- Learn how to diagnose and fix IT issues, while also spotting potential problems before they happen.
- Help keep computer systems running smoothly, from software updates to basic network maintenance.
- Assist with organizing IT equipment and tracking software licenses.
- Perform security checks on company devices.
- Create easy-to-follow guides and tips to help users with technology.
- Explore new tech by evaluating software and hardware upgrades.
- Be part of exciting projects, like AI system setups and IT automation!
What we’re looking for:
- Students pursuing degrees in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technology fields
- Good understanding of computers and operating systems, such as Windows, macOS and Linux
- Interest in how networks and software work
- A curious and observant mindset, great for spotting and solving tech issues.
- Someone who can explain technical concepts in an understandable manner
- A positive, can-do attitude, ready to explore and ask questions.
- A service-minded person, friendly attitude, who enjoys helping others
- English communication skills in speaking and writing

Short Screening Call
This is an optional video call with HR, so it depends on each position. Basically, we would like to understand basic information such as projects, experience, extra curricular activities, etc. in this call.

Take Home Test
You will be requested to complete take home assignment based on the position you apply for. The duration to complete is 7 days at max, depending on each position.

Interview
Only 1 interview with us. You will be invited for either online or offsite interview, depending on each position. We would like to understand your skills and expertise more from this round.

After everything is good to go, we will call to offer you and send you the contract!
