Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid-Senior Level)

Overview of the job

At Sertis, people are at the heart of everything we do. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the teams that drive our business forward. You will be both a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a mentor to junior recruiters, helping them grow and ensuring we deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across both tech and business roles.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of tech and non-tech positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring plans.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent insights, and best practices to help them make confident hiring decisions.
  • Source and attract top talent through creative channels, talent mapping, and proactive outreach.
  • Coach and guide junior team members by sharing sourcing strategies, reviewing their pipelines, and supporting their growth as recruiters.
  • Work closely with the PeopleOps team on projects that strengthen our people experience, such as job fairs, employer branding, onboarding, and internship programs.
  • Use data and recruitment analytics to measure results, identify challenges, and continuously improve our processes.
  • Stay curious about new tools and recruitment innovations that can keep Sertis competitive in the talent market.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a tech or fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor rather than just a recruiter.
  • Proven record of closing niche or hard-to-fill roles through creativity and persistence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with confidence in influencing decisions and representing Sertis to external candidates.
  • Comfortable using data to tell a story, share insights, and drive improvements in the hiring process.
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for developing others and working as part of a collaborative, learning-oriented team.
