Overview of the job

We are looking for a passionate Junior/Mid Quality Assurance Engineer to help with software testing to make sure our software solutions run smoothly, as well as to provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

In this role, you will get to:

• Develop and maintain assigned test cases, contributing to the overall quality of the test suite
• Perform manual tests to verify business and software requirements
• Assist senior QA engineers with automation tasks to enhance testing efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to support project goals and ensure software quality

You'll be successful if you have:

• 1-2 years (Junior) or 2-4 years (Mid) of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role
• General knowledge of web-based applications, mobile applications, software development, and the SDLC
• Experience in coding, such as using Python or JavaScript
• A passion for software testing and a drive to continuously improve testing methodologies
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required

It's a plus if you have:

• Prior professional software development experience, e.g. using Python or JavaScript
• Experience using an automated testing framework (e.g. Robot framework)
• Experience working in Big Data and AI
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience working with Cloud Platforms, such as AWS, GCP or Azure
